Throughout the year, NJPIRC coordinates, hosts and supports multiple events throughout the state of New Jersey to provide both parents and educators with the most up-to-date training and education opportunities. Each year NJPIRC along with many other organizations throughout NJ holds special events and conferences for parents and professionals that help improve family involvement in education. Check this site often to find out if NJPIRC or other organizations will be hosting an event that you would like to attend.

Along with events, each year NJPIRC sponsors Parent Involvement Month in October, an initiative designed to help bring awareness to local communities about the importance of family involvement in education. We encourage all communities, schools, businesses and organizations to participate in Parent Involvement Month each October and to spread the word that parents play a crucial role in the education of all children.
