Donating a small percentage of assets, now or as part of your estate planning, may provide a valuable tax offset for you, the donor, while also providing a meaningful gift to PCA-NJ.  Your support strengthens and ensures our future.

By simply including a clause in your will or codicil, you can ensure a legacy for PCA-NJ. Your estate receives a federal estate tax deduction for the gift.

Suggested language for a Will or Codicil:

I hereby give, devise, and bequeath the sum of $ __ or __ % of my estate to Prevent Child Abuse-New Jersey Chapter, Inc. (103 Church Street, Suite 210, New Brunswick, NJ 08901) for their general use. PCA-NJ is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the EIN for PCA-NJ is 22-2314861.

Also, Prevent Child Abuse-New Jersey can be added as a beneficiary of an IRA, by simply including our name.
